Born with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to create impact, Jyoti Singh has spent over 20 years shaping businesses and marketing strategies globally. Her journey started humbly—as a teenager selling recipe books by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, long before the internet made everything accessible. That first taste of sales ignited a passion for the business that would define her career.
Jyoti’s early years were a balancing act—working long hours while ensuring her education remained a priority. She earned her MBA in Entrepreneurship, and alongside, gained hands-on experience in outbound and inbound call centers, working with global brands like Dell, Wipro, and an Australian telecom giant. Soon, she managed operations for a 500+ people team in India.
Driven by a vision to build something of her own, she founded and scaled her call centers, offering inbound and outbound services to businesses across the UK, USA, and Australia, leading a team of 50. She later co-founded an Australian telecom firm, Talk Talk Pty Ltd, which was successfully acquired by Telstra.
Seeking new challenges beyond voice support, she ventured into digital marketing, launching We Love Digital Marketing in India, an agency that rapidly gained international clients. In 2020, she expanded operations to Canada, where she now leads We Love Digital Marketing Inc., helping brands navigate the digital landscape, drive growth, and build lasting market influence.
Beyond business, Jyoti is passionate about fostering thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems. She was an active leader at Headstart India in the Kolkata Chapter, where she spearheaded initiatives to support startups in Kolkata. She also believes in giving back to society, actively supporting organizations in India that provide education and a better quality of life for underprivileged children.
At her core, Jyoti is a strategic thinker, a mentor, and a lifelong learner. Her journey—marked by resilience, bold decisions, and a commitment to empowering others—serves as a testament to what’s possible with the right mindset and strategy.
